Dom is grateful to those who gave themselves to create him. Dom feels so small standing next to them.
Dom is made of stone. Much of this stone came from Siebengebirge (Seven Mountains region): a hilly region close to Cologne-Bonn that also inspired Ludwig van Beethoven and so many others… So yeah: mountains, hills and rocks are Dom’s parents, ancestors, and relatives. Dom fascinates us, and Dom would not be there if Dom’s ancestors (mountains and volcanoes) were not there, with all their eruptions, shifts, cracks, flows and changing landscapes… and the people who formed rock. We are all connected…
