Atomium and Dom (1958)

The Atomium was created in Brussels in 1958 for the Expo 58. Standing 102 metres tall, it was designed by engineer André Waterkeyn and architects André Polak and Jean Polak. For comparison, the Cologne Cathedral rises a bit higher at 157 metres.
